out post had a very happy christmas, when Soho based Clarity Post Production got in contact to ask us to record ADR and voice over for a BBC One Christmas Special.

The project, a feature length adaptation of the Jacqueline Wilson novel, 'Dustbin Baby', starred Juliet Stevenson (Truly, Madly, Deeply - Bend It Like Beckham) and Dakota Blue Richards - star of 'The Golden Compass'. Dakota Blue visited the out post studios along with Producer Julia Ouston and BAFTA awarding Director Julie May as well as Dialogue Editor, Matthew Skelding.

The work was completed in a whirl-wind two hour session and the program aired over the Christmas/New Year period.

out post has recently been commissioned to complete all audio post work on 31 North 62 East, a feature film produced by Fact Not Fiction Films and starring John Rhys Davis (Indiana Jones, Lord Of The Rings) and Marina Sirtis (Star Trek: The Next Generation, Crash, Stargate SG-1).

The film, which is being mixed in 5.1, is aiming for completion in the next 4 - 6 weeks with a release date to be confirmed.

Finally, out post has just completed work on a project for Vivid Interactive, recording a huge swathe of material for their latest project for publishers A&C Black. As well as recording with multiple voice over artists, out post also created custom sound effects to be included in some of the more atmospheric pieces.
