out post gets connected with Source Elements, Source Connect

18-10-08
out post sound has recently invested in Source Elements, Source Connect version 3.0 allowing the studio to provide remote recording sessions both from and to out posts facility.
The plug in for Pro Tools allows audio to be sent and received transparently across a standard broadband connection. out post invested in the new software for a series of sessions with Italian based Networks s.r.l.
Networks is a global network of recording studios, voice talent, translation agencies and translators that specialises in voiceovers and dubbing (recording via ISDN and broadband link) and translations/adaptations in over 60 languages. Key areas include advertising, e-learning, corporate communications, documentaries, multimedia/rich media, languages courses, films and videos, sales material, audio books, video games, cartoons, and material for conventions and conferences.
out post sound can now also connect with studios and voice over talent around the globe bringing that distant voice over talent to Brighton!
In addition, it is possible to bridge Source Connect over ISDN allowing the software and out post to link up with anyone using old fashioned (we like to think we are progressive!) ISDN lines.
For more information on a Source Connect session with out post sound or just to find out more about what we do drop us a line or call the studio on 01273 556894.
