Voice Overs and vocal recording
Our vocal booth provides space for up to three artists. We can provide a selection of microphones from Rhode, Shure and AKG to get the best recording quality possible and natural light helps keeps track of the time!
We utilise a new modern alternative to ISDN in the form of Source Elements Source Connect, allowing remote voice over talent to connect to out post using direct high quality links over TCP/IP networks. This service can also be bridged across ISDN, allowing a remote location with ISDN but without Source Connect to hook up directly to our studio.
Additionally, we can also facilitate remote directors and producers via any freely available Instant Messaging software for Mac or PC such as Skype, iChat, MSN Messenger or AIM so that you may talk directly (and in some cases see) the voice over talent and guide them to get the take you want.
The vocal booth is also suitable for foley work and for acoustic musicians who wish to work in a professional multi-track environment.
Finally, the vocal booth can also be used to record professional sounding, high quality podcasts and clients can draw from our ever expanding base of freelance producers and voice over artists to get an excellent finished product.
